The 2009 South Cheshire Young Composer Competition

Any budding composers up to 18 yrs of age can enter the SCYM "Young Composer of the Year" competition.

We offer a cash prize of £75 and a trophy to each of the 2 winners, plus performances of the winning pieces at the presentation evening next April.

The two categories are;

  1. Junior - for under 14 years of age at the closing date
  2. Senior - for 14 to 18 years of age at the closing date
