Crewe Hall Concert – 07/01/2008

Our fifth Crewe Hall concert was a ray of bright sunshine in the otherwise cold, long, dark nights following Christmas. The audience were suitably warmed up by the region's finest young musicians, with a combination of familar faces and new performers providing a wide variety of styles and instruments.

There were two world premieres, written especially for the evening by David Ketley. Rhianne Abberley on marimba and Emily Cross on flute performed the pieces.

The concerts continue to be a great success providing both valuable experience for our local performers and a truly enjoyable evening for the audience.
